J. Lanzat has been a sports professional for more than 20 years. He began his career as a semi-professional handball player and went through the world of racket sports. From tennis, badmintos, squash, to ending up in the world of padel in 2005. He is currently a padel teacher qualified by the padel federation of the Balearic Islands. She has training in nutrition, personalized training, anatomy of the human body and sports coach among others.
